From the moment we stepped into the lobby, we were greeted with warm hospitality and a welcoming atmosphere. One of the highlights of our stay was the impeccable service provided by Levan, an outstanding member of the hotel's staff. Levan went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction throughout our entire visit. His attention to detail, friendly demeanor, and genuine commitment to guest satisfaction truly stood out. The hotel itself is a gem in the heart of the city, boasting modern amenities, stylish decor, and comfortable accommodations. Our room was well-appointed, featuring all the necessary amenities for a relaxing stay. The attention to cleanliness and order throughout the premises was commendable, making our stay even more enjoyable. The hotel's central location allowed us easy access to nearby attractions and dining options, adding convenience to our overall experience.

Very good. Friendly Staffs need to Supply water drink bottles at least 3 bottles to be enough for one person gor drinks. Coffee and Tea inaddtion to tea and coffee. One not enough bag and coffee for one pesons . Bad Supply in providing water drink bottles and tea/ coffee for one night. Need to improve in the supply

Location is perfect. Had a good view of Mtatsminda mountain in the distance. Breakfast is good. Old but clean. Central heating with a fan and not radiator heating, works fine. Room size is good. Bidet available for toilet paper free cleanup, kudos for adding that.
